Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you", "your") and j177 (hereinafter "j177", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the j177 website located at https://j177.cam, including all associated services, features, content, applications and tools (collectively, the "Services").

Definitions

• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the j177 platform, through which the User accesses the Services.

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on j177, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

3.3 One Account Per Person

Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts, including using different names, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. j177 reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close any duplicate Accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.

3.4 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, address or payment method ownership — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.

Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

Account registration requires you to provide a valid email address or mobile number, create a secure password, confirm your date of birth and agree to these Terms and the j177 Privacy Policy. Completion of the registration process constitutes your binding acceptance of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. j177 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purportedly from j177 requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

4.3 Unauthorised Access

You must notify j177 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any breach of your login credentials. j177 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or your failure to notify j177 in a timely manner following discovery of unauthorised access.

4.4 Account Verification

j177 reserves the right to suspend an Account pending verification at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal request or upon the occurrence of any transaction that triggers a review. Verification requests will be communicated via the Account dashboard or registered email address.

Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Available Payment Methods

Deposit and withdrawal methods available on j177 are determined by the operator and are subject to change without prior notice. Methods may include bank transfers and mobile wallet options familiar to Pakistani users, such as those offered by local banking institutions and digital payment services. The display of any payment method name on this Platform does not constitute endorsement, affiliation or support for gambling by any named institution, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah.

5.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section of your Account and are denominated in PKR where applicable. 5.3 Withdrawal Requirements

To request a withdrawal, your Account must satisfy all of the following conditions:

Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available through j177 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only, or to the combined deposit-plus-bonus amount, as specified per offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in bonus funds and associated winnings being forfeited upon withdrawal request.

6.3 Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and other game categories may contribute at different percentages as specified in the individual promotion terms. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

j177 reserves the right to withhold, void or reverse any bonus, associated winnings or withdrawal where it reasonably suspects that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, staking patterns designed to game wagering requirements, or collusion with other Users in connection with a promotional offer.

6.5 Promotion Modifications

j177 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn or materially changed after a User has already commenced participation, j177 will use reasonable efforts to honour the original terms for that User's current participation.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Placement

All bets are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying the details of your bet — including selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming. j177 accepts no responsibility for errors made by the User during bet placement.

7.2 Odds

Odds are displayed in the format selected by the User (decimal, fractional or American) and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the moment of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. j177 reserves the right to correct clearly erroneous odds and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect prices.

7.3 Bet Voids and Cancellations

A bet may be voided by j177 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned; a technical error affected the odds or market; the bet was placed after an event has already concluded; or j177 reasonably determines that market integrity has been compromised. Voided bets are returned as stake credit to the User's Account.

7.4 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits per bet, per event and per day are set by the operator and are available in the platform's betting rules section. j177 reserves the right to limit or restrict bets at its sole discretion, particularly where betting patterns suggest irregular activity.

7.5 Live Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to connectivity and system availability. j177 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to live betting markets. Where a live bet cannot be confirmed due to a connection failure, the bet will not be registered and no stake will be deducted.

Casino Rules

8.1 Game Outcomes

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical randomisation in a controlled studio environment. j177 is not responsible for the malfunction of individual game software where such malfunction originates with the game provider.

8.2 RTP Disclosure

8.3 Technical Malfunctions

Responsible Gambling

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on j177. Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the Account and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts for any purpose, including claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading registration or verification information.
• Using the Services for any purpose related to money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal activity.

Intellectual Property

All content on the j177 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of j177 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the platform without j177's prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j177 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failures.

j177's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your Account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Termination and Suspension

13.1 Termination by j177

j177 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if j177 determines that a User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false information or if termination is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

13.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately. Any legitimate balance held in your Account at the time of termination will be handled in accordance with operator policy and applicable law. Funds associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or Terms violations may be forfeited.

13.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting j177 support. Requests for voluntary closure are subject to the completion of any pending transactions and the resolution of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's licensed jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts designated in the operator's license terms.

j177 does not claim to be licensed, regulated or endorsed by any Pakistani governmental or regulatory authority, including the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority or the State Bank of Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a representation that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. You bear sole responsibility for ensuring your use of the Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

j177 reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, j177 will provide reasonable advance notice via an Account notification, email to the registered address or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services and may request Account closure.
